Kitchen Staff
Full & Part Time

We’re seeking a hands-on recruit to assist in the running of a busy kitchen operation.
The kitchen provides a main menu completely different to any other bowling alley. Focusing on fresh foods, exciting sides & gourmet burgers & hot dogs. See our menus in ‘dining’.
The role suits a current Commis Chef or Chef de Partie looking for progression, or a Junior Sous Chef looking for their next challenge.
The Chef team is responsible for:
~ Maintaining excellent food safety standards and levels of cleanliness,
~ Always ensuring the production of food to brand standards.
If you don’t have experience but are looking to learn we can also offer training. This includes qualifications paid for by the company.


Party Hosting & Waiting Staff
Full & Part Time

Our party host/waiting staff’s duties include taking orders, delivering food & drinks quickly, efficiently & maintaining cleanliness. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.
We’re looking for people that are good at working as part of a team, enthusiastic and able to change their hosting approach according to the occasion.
We look for the ability to stay calm under pressure, being able to juggle multiple tasks & being prepared to go the extra mile for our guests.
Responsibilities:-
~ Greet and welcome guests.
~ Provide accurate information on our offering as a venue. Extensive knowledge of the menus & experiences we offer.
~ Taking payments.
~ Ensuring the venue is clean, tidy, presentable & sanitised.


Receptionist
Full & Part Time

Being on the front desk you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including corresponding with customers and taking bookings.
This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus. Ultimately, a Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
~ Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the venue.
~ Direct guests to the appropriate booking, assist in enquiries.
~ Answer incoming phone calls, take payments & bookings.
~ Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
~ Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
