How many people can I have in my group?
You can have up to 6 people from different households in your group or 2 households.
How can you socially distance and bowl?
Every lane is fitted with perspex screens so that you can enjoy your experience and feel safe. Each lane has its own bowling balls and all balls are labelled to avoid mix-ups with other lanes.
How often are the bowling balls cleaned?
All bowling balls are cleaned thoroughly between games. In addition, we’re cleaning down all surfaces to ensure that group areas and the entire centre remains covid safe for everyone.
Do I need to wear a mask?
YES, unless you’re exempt. If you’re taking part in any of our activities, a mask must be worn at all times. You can only remove your mask when you are seated and eating or drinking.
To help create a safe environment for everyone, we’ve enhanced our high standards of hygiene even further. There will also be some changes to our normal style of service ensuring everyone is safe but you can rest assured that everyone will still get the special Ace of Lanes experience!
Temperature checks on entry for customers & staff. All staff will be checked to ensure that they are fit for work.
Hand sanitisers throughout the venue.
QR code on all tables for contactless ordering of food & drink.
All lanes & bowling balls sanitised before & after every use.
1 bowling ball of each weight per lane. All labelled to avoid mix-ups with other lanes.
Our staff will show you to your lane & table service will be used throughout the venue.
Perspex screens attached to all counters and between every bowling lane.
Wipes available on reception should you wish to clean your own bowling ball.
Dedicated team of cleaners on duty at all times.
